We're excited to introduce our 2025 keynote speaker, Terry Iverson!
Terry M. Iverson has more than four decades of experience in the manufacturing industry and is part of a family legacy spanning nearly a century. As the former President and CEO of Iverson & Company, Terry embraced three generations of innovation in machine tool distribution and rebuilding.
Today, he is known nationally as The Manufacturing Mentor for his passionate advocacy, countless hours speaking in schools, and leadership on technical education boards. He is the founder of CHAMPION Now!, a nonprofit dedicated to changing perceptions of manufacturing careers and tackling America’s skills gap. Terry is also a published author, with two books inspiring the next generation of manufacturing leaders, and the creator of Camp CHAMP, a hands-on program introducing middle school students to modern manufacturing. His message challenges manufacturers to embrace automation, AI, and advanced technologies as the foundation for a new era of growth and opportunity. Terry’s vision for the future of U.S. manufacturing is bold, urgent, and inspiring—making his keynote one you won’t want to miss.
