ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:
John Engels, Founder & President
Leadership Coaching, Inc.
John Engels is a relationship researcher who teaches, coaches, speaks and writes internationally on the intersection of leadership, family systems and anxiety management.
In 1996, he founded Leadership Coaching, Inc., a consortium of executive coaches who share a specialized background in Bowen Family Systems Theory. Their work seeks to build strong families, resilient family businesses and healthy systems across all sectors of human society.
John is a Fellow of the Smith Family Business Initiative at Cornell University and teaches in the Family Business Leadership Certificate Program at the Johnson School of Business. He is an Advisor for the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family in Washington, DC, and for the Exploring Racism Group, a regional racial awareness program for senior-level executives.

Bernard Plansky, MD is a family physician, Chi Kung/Nei Kung instructor, author, playwright, actor, director, and an expert in recovery from injury and using conscious body awareness to improve health and well-being.

Stefani LiDestri is a first generation American, her parents born in Cuba and Sicily, mom of three, and second generation CEO of LiDestri Foods. While leading and celebrating her family's 50 year old manufacturing company, Stefani has received many awards including executive of the year. Stefani views her most significant career privilege building community and donor support for The Hole In the Wall Gang Camp since 1989.

Rochester Institute of Technology.
Sherry Tshibangu is an award-winning entrepreneurship teacher, executive coach and community leader. She is the former Director of Community Impact at the United Way of Greater Rochester, and Distinguished Professor Emerita of Business and Entrepreneurship at Monroe Community College.
