Taming Anxiety, Managing Change, and
Building Support at Work and Home

Please join 150+ leaders for a full and insightful day of stories, demonstrations and connection with family physician and anxiety researcher, Bernard Plansky, MD and experienced leadership and family business coach, John Engels.

In today’s fast-paced world, the health and vibrancy of leaders and their teams can never be a sideshow - forward-thinking organizations understand that a thriving culture and a focus on well-being are key to unlocking peak performance.

The dynamic strategies highlighted at this retreat will help attendees elevate presence and flexibility in their personal as well as professional lives. Eye-opening demonstrations will jump-start new thinking that addresses isolation, distraction, emotional reactivity, and anxiety.
