We will be discussing our annual budget, recent changes made (still pending) to the ARB guidelines. We will be announcing ALL of the meetings for 2026, and 1st quarter 2027We will be opening the floor for residents to ask questions, and most importantly, tell us what you would like to see from you HOA Board in 2026. We will also be taking name nominations for anyone interested in becoming a board member as well as, anyone interested in heading up some special program ideas we are wanting to attempt to introduce.
