We would love to see you at 6pm Tuesday 30th September for our Annual General Meeting! 🧶During this meeting we will vote for exec positions, including the 2026 president, treasurer, secretary and general representatives. Candidates are encouraged to have a 1-2 minute speech prepared.
The president manages everything not covered by the secretary and treasurer, including affiliation with ANUSA, purchasing and record-keeping of supplies, and general management of the club and its members.
The role of the treasurer is to make sure all of our club finances are getting tracked appropriately, drafting up and managing any budgets, and helping fulfil any grant applications to keep the club running!
The secretary designs the advertising, runs the social media accounts and organises the events on Rubric. Also assists the treasurer and president if needed.
General representatives are expected to help out if needed, particularly with market day and special events.
All exec help with teaching at the start of semester.
