About this Event
Don't sleep on LEAD Filipino's 2025 Annual Fly Pinays Leadership Summit to be held on Saturday, March 22nd from 9:00am - 5:00pm at Santa Clara Univeristy!
The Annual Fly Pinays Leadership Summit is a day-long conference dedicated to elevating, highlighting, and engaging nearly 500 Pinay women and students in stories on sisterhood and cultural identity. Since 2017, the Annual Fly Pinays has been held every March during Women's Herstory Month and engaged attendees from across the Northern California region in panels, workshops, and notable keynotes.
Padayon, Abante, and Agtuloy are powerful Bisaya, Tagalog, and Ilocano words with similar meanings, to “keep moving forward”, reminding us that no matter the setbacks, we have the courage to continue. This theme calls us to persevere, to find hope in the struggle, and to stay committed to the fight for equity, justice and inclusion. It’s a reminder that change is a journey, not a destination—and with each step forward, we are building a stronger, more united future. “Padayon, Abante, and Agutloy” isn’t just about pushing through. It’s about moving with purpose and pride.
