Please join Barberton Community Foundation for our 2025 Annual Dinner on Thursday, November 6 from 5:00-9:00 pm at the Galaxy Restaurant. Join us as we honor our town's beloved Ray Leach Jr. and celebrate the hard working men and women of Barberton Police Department as our 2025 Game Changer Award recipients. This event includes a cash bar, entertainment and a delicious local dessert (can you guess where from?). Dinner selection details
Option 1: Filet of Sirloin, cut with a demi-glace, with mashed potatoes and green beans amandine.
Option 2: Chicken Piccata, a lightly dusted boneless chicken breast with a white wine lemon butter sauce and capers, with mashed potatoes and green beans amandine.
Option 3: Pan Seared Salmon with beurre blanc sauce, with herbed vegetable rice pilaf and green beans amandine.
Option 4: Tuscan vegetarian pasta tossed with roasted tomatoes, artichoke hearts, spinach, black olives and feta in garlic herb butter with roasted rosemary redskin potatoes and green beans amandine.
