This class is mandatory and required by the Division of Real Estate EVERY YEAR**
Every year the Division of Real Estate releases the required Annual Commission Update (ACU) course with topics the Division believes are important for brokers to know. This 4-hour mandatory course is necessary in order to maintain your license status. This course can be taken anytime during the 2025 calendar year, however, it is recommended that you take it as early in the year as possible, since it covers important brokerage compliance and general practice issues, as well as rule, contract, and legislative changes.
