2025 Annual Action Plan (Virtual via Zoom)

Welcome to our virtual event, the 2025 Annual Action Plan! The 2025 Annual Action Plan provides a concise summary of the actions, activities, and the specific resources that will be used each year to address the priority needs and specific goals identified by the 2024-2028 Consolidated Plan. The Action Plan primarily describes the uses for Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership, and Emergency Solution Grant funds, as well as other federal funds in the 2025 Program Year. This meeting will also provide an update on the HOME-ARP funding priorities. The meeting will consist of a brief introductory presentation, followed by round table discussions about various Annual Action Plan topics.
This session will be held over Zoom, so you can participate from the comfort of your home or office. Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) will be provided at the meeting.
