AIA Indiana invites you to the 2025 AIA Indiana Healthcare Design Awards Symposium. Our program presents opportunities for healthcare design professionals from across the region to enjoy an array of presentations, panel discussions, and a healthcare design awards program designed to help improve their practices.
Complimentary coffee and soft drinks will be provided throughout the entire day along with a lunch buffet. In the afternoon attendees will be provided complimentary bar snacks (kettle corn, M&M’S, pub mix, pretzels) and two drink tickets (beer & wine).
This event also provides a unique opportunity for Sponsors/Exhibitors to showcase their products and services throughout the day in a fast-paced yet low-key environment. The Trade Show offers vendors tabletop exhibit space in Cook Theater with lots of opportunities for quality interaction with our attendees.

SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES
Title Sponsor (limit one) $5,000 - Includes sponsor recognition with event title at the symposium, on the event website, print program, and all signage with your company logo, one (1) Premium Location Exhibit Table, four Symposium tickets, opportunity to speak at the microphone at a time of your choice for up to five minutes.
Gold Level Sponsor $3,500 - Includes sponsor recognition as a Gold Level Sponsor at the symposium, on the event website, print program, and all signage with your company logo; two Symposium tickets; an opportunity to introduce a symposium speaker/panel that includes two minutes to speak about your company.
Lunch Sponsor (limit one) $3,500 - Signage with your logo at the box lunch/buffet lunch table, recognition on the event website, print program, and all Symposium convention signage, opportunity to speak at the microphone before lunch is served for up to five minutes, and two Symposium tickets.
SOLD - Happy Hour Sponsor (limit one) $2,500 - Signage with your logo at the bar, recognition on the event website, print program, and all Symposium convention signage, opportunity to speak at the microphone before the happy hour begins for up to five minutes, and two Symposium tickets.
Coffee Sponsor (limit one) $1,500 - Signage with your logo at the coffee stand, recognition on the event website, print program, and all Symposium convention signage, and one Symposium ticket.
Lanyard Sponsor (limit one) $1,000 - You provide approximately 200 name badge lanyards with your company logo; includes one Symposium ticket.
Symposium Support Sponsor $500 - Recognition on the event website, print program, and all Symposium convention signage, and one Symposium ticket.
EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES
Trade Show Exhibitor (limit 10) $550 - Each Trade Show Exhibitor will receive the following:
• One 6-foot display table (This is not booth space – you may bring only what will fit on top of or directly in front of the table, extending no more than 3 feet.).
• A full 8 hours devoted to the Trade Show while the symposium is being conducted, including the lunch hour and concluding with an early evening happy hour.
• List of Symposium registrants provided in advance of the show.
• Recognition on the event website and print program.
• Two Symposium tickets.
