Learn about state and federal labor law requirements that affect the agricultural industry and those who employ migrant, seasonal, and H-2A workers. This forum will cover wage and hour requirements, safety in transportation and housing, civil rights, and more. Speakers will include the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries. The Oregon Department of Revenue will be providing information on new overtime credits that went into effect on Jan. 1, 2023.
