About this Event
IT'S AEROSPACE WEEK ACROSS THE GREAT STATE OF OKLAHOMA!
Presented annually by the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics, join the Oklahoma Air and Space Forces Association, Oklahoma Defense Industry Association, Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Oklahoma Department of Transportation, Critical Components, and the Oklahoma City Innovation District on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm for "AERO Oklahoma" Aviation, Aerospace & Defense Awareness Day at your State Capitol!
The purpose of Aviation & Aerospace Day is to recognize Oklahoma’s aviation, aerospace, and defense industry as a vital economic engine for our state. It is a unique opportunity for industry officials to come together in one unified voice and meet with state legislators and other elected officials to remind them of Oklahoma’s strong aeronautic heritage and show them firsthand how the industry continues to solidify our state as a worldwide leader in aviation, aerospace, and aerospace and defense.
Many of the state’s top aerospace and defense entities participate in this Aviation & Aerospace Advocacy Day and will have exhibit booths set up around the rotunda to promote their organizations and to show what impact they and the rest of the state’s aerospace industry have on Oklahoma’s economy.
Aviation and Aerospace industry officials and workforce, military, pilots, aircraft owners, educators, students, and more should make plans to attend. The event is free but we do ask that you register so we may assist you with event updates and to receive up-to-the-minute information. Lunch tickets are available separately for $12.50 per person plus the Eventbrite fee. The available amount of lunch tickets is limited due to space.
