About this Event
We invite you to attend the 2025 ACTWS Annual Conference - "Managing and Monitoring the Health of Alabama’s Wildlife." This conference will consist of :
- KEYNOTE SPEAKER - We're excited to welcome ELLEN HAYNES, Regional Wildlife Health Coordinator, with the Southeastern Cooperative Wildlife Disease Study as our 2025 keynote speaker.
- INVITED SPEAKERS `- We'll have presentations from both state and regional professionals on the status of various wildlife health topics, such as rabies, WNS, lead, and more!
- MUSEUM TOUR & WELCOME SOCIAL! - Join us as we kick off the conference with a welcome social at the Coldwater Mountain Brewpub. All attendees will also receive tickets to tour the Anniston Natural History Museum.
- PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - We're offering 2 development tracks this year (choose which you'll attend during registration) - 1) Bats and Caves, and 2) Necropsy 101
