Through its key themes of leadership training, executive presence, and career exposure, the 2025 AAPI Leadership Summit, hosted by the California Asian American & Pacific Islander Legislative Caucus, aims to promote AAPI representation in high-level positions, encourage current and aspiring leaders to break the Bamboo Ceiling, and uplift AAPI women and gender minorities. Our leadership summit is designed to cater to current and rising leaders from all industries, including business, technology, government, healthcare, education, and more.
