About this Event

Join the Team Behind the Teams
Support your child. Strengthen your skills. Serve the next generation.

We’re looking for mentors and volunteers ready to make a difference—not just in students' lives, but in their own as well.

Our robotics teams are more than machines and competitions—they are platforms for teens to develop communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills. To make this possible, we need adults who are willing to guide, encourage, and organize.

Whether you're a parent, professional, or simply someone who enjoys working with youth, there's a place for you here. You do not need to be an engineer or tech expert—we need all kinds of support:

  • Team mentors and project coaches
  • Communications and marketing helpers
  • Fundraising and logistics coordinators
  • Workshop organizers and activity leads
  • Program managers and role models

Volunteering with our robotics teams is also a unique opportunity to practice your own leadership, communication, and management skills—the same abilities we use in our careers, brought into a rewarding community setting.

And for parents, it’s one of the most meaningful ways to connect with your child—working side by side as they grow in confidence, creativity, and capability.

Who Should Attend
  • Parents or guardians of students in grades 7–12 interested in getting involved with their child’s robotics experience
  • Professionals looking to give back while practicing leadership and team-building in a youth-focused setting
  • Educators, community members, and college students with a passion for mentorship, education, or STEM outreach
  • Anyone interested in helping youth grow through project-based learning—no technical background required

Come learn how you can be part of the team behind the teams.
