Eligibility
Rising Stars Youth aged 12 to 15
Rising Stars Young adults aged 16 to 22
Rising Stars who attend school or live in Palm Beach County
We provide four weeks of assistance in developing your business plan every Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
