Joëlle Sleebos & Michelle Knights will be hosting 2 day yoga, art & culinary experience in their home village Scarborough. Scarborough is a conservation village in the deep south. The village is surrounded by 3 nature reserves and the ocean. There is no sound or light pollution. Living in Scarborough is pure bliss and she would like to share the beauty and tranquility of the village and it’s unique energy with you.Accomodation:
This experience does not include accommodation. We recommend you to find accommodation in Scarborough, Kommetjie or Noordhoek for Saturday night.
Yoga:
We will practice Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. This is a ALL LEVEL retreat. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Practitioners are welcome.
Art:

Engage in a gentle and inspiring art making process, allowing for playful and authentic creative expression. Experience art making as an abundant source of well-being for body, mind and soul.
NO ART EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
Food:
Our private chef will be indulging us with tasty nutritious vegetarian meals. Meals will be vegetarian. We can cater for additional dietary requirements provided we are informed beforehand. Please feel free to bring along your favourite wine for the evenings.
