As a dedicated pastor or ministry leader, you invest so much of yourself into nurturing and guiding others. It’s easy to find ourselves caught in the demands of ministry, often at the expense of our own well-being, however, I want to do something about this. That’s why XP Gathering is stepping out to host special retreats designed specifically for hard-working frontline leaders like you without the usual retreat fatigue you typically experience after attending a jam-packed so-called restful getaway. This is why we are introducing the "UnRetreat", an opportunity for authentic renewal and intimate interactions focused on impactful experiences rather than the usual structured schedules and presentations. This is your time to step away from the daily demands, recharge your spirit, and connect deeply with others who understand the unique challenges and joys of ministry.
