Come join us on Sunday, October 6th, 2024 for the Washington CeaseFire 5k Run / Walk at Seattle's Green Lake Park!
THIS IS OUR MAJOR FUNDRAISER for the year, and your support and participation is what allows us to continue the work of fighting to reduce gun violence!
It's more important than ever for individuals and families to show support for, and solidarity with, the growing grassroots movement to make our communities and schools safer.
We will follow the 5k event with our annual Day of Remembrance activity, where we plant daffodil bulbs in commemoration of victims of gun violence.

Since 1983, Washington Ceasefire, a nonprofit organization, has been working towards implementing reasonable solutions to reduce the toll of gun violence in Washington State. Net proceeds from the run/walk will be used to support initiatives, programs, and policies dedicated to reducing gun violence.
