Now in its tenth year, the 2024 Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference is presented by AL!VE, Better Impact, and VMPC (Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada) and takes place on October 23, 2024. The topic this year is Creating Influence in Your Organization: Thinking Beyond a Seat at the Table.
Join us for an in-person conference experience for Twin Cities Volunteer Managers, hosted by HandsOn Twin Cities, Lyngblomsten, and Wilder Foundation. The conference will include virtual presentations and in-person networking and discussion with local volunteer managers. Refreshments and lunch are provided.
Creating Influence in Your Organization: Thinking Beyond a Seat at the Table
The speakers have structured the day for each of the sessions to build on what comes before it. There will be some engaging activities throughout the day built into the program, and at the end of the conference, attendees will come away with actionable tips they can use the very next day to build their own professional influence.
FACILITATOR: Rob Jackson, Rob Jackson Consulting. Rob has almost 30 years experience working in the voluntary and community sector, holding a variety of strategic development and senior management roles that have focused on leading and engaging volunteers.
