Hello Future VaAGC Annual Education Meeting Attendees!
The 2024 Conference has been planned in a HYBRID format. We hope most will choose to attend in person and get the full conference experience of networking and visiting vendor booths!
For those who are able to attend in person, we will welcome you in Fairfax on April 25-26th! We will be complying with all state and local COVID-19 safety protocols.
For those unable to attend in person or who prefer a virtual format, we have teamed up with a local AV company to live-stream each talk and allow opportunities for you to engage with the speakers from the comfort of your home or office. We ask that you pre-register for your preferred attendance format.
The conference planning committee submitted to the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) for 10 Category 1 contact hours (1.0 CEU) for the activity Virginia Association of Genetic Counselors 18th Annual Educational Conference. The American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) accepts CEUs approved by NSGC for purposes of recertification. Approval for the requested CEUs and Contact Hours is currently pending.

In addition to the educational content you've come to expect at the annual VaAGC conference, the following activities will also be a part of this year’s conference:
- Many of our partners in industry will be joining us in the Exhibitor Hall and will be available to answer your questions throughout the event.
- All attendees will be eligible for Vendor Passport prizes! By meeting our partners in industry at the Exhibitor Hall, you can be entered into a drawing for one of our fabulous Genetic Counselor gifts!
- All attendees are invited to attend the Thursday night welcome reception for time to connect with those colleagues you may not have been able to see in person in the last few years.
