*Grants are available on a case-by-case basis to facilitate your travel and attendance. All USTA Registered CTAs will be able to waive the registration fee of $100 for one CTA member. We also have a limited amount of travel grants (1 per CTA) to subsidize attendance at the AMC. There are levels of travel grants available based on travel distance from Eagan, MN. For those CTAs wanting to waive registration and/or would like to request a travel grant, please reach out to [email protected]. The deadline to request a travel grant is Wednesday, October 23rd.
Presenter Bios:
Keynote Speaker: Roger Crawford
Roger Crawford is a unique and accomplished individual, recognized as both a Hall of Fame Athlete and a Hall of Fame Speaker. He brings a wealth of real-life experience as a best-selling author, entrepreneur, and award-winning speaker to his powerful presentations, delivering inspiration and insight to audiences.
Sports Illustrated acknowledged Roger as “One of the most accomplished, physically challenged athletes in history!” and he was given the ITA Achievement Award, presented by the International Tennis Hall of Fame, in recognition of his athletic success.
His personal story brings instant credibility, and he has the unique ability to connect with any audience. He not only speaks about, but lives his message every day, making his presentation authentic and relatable.
As a speaker, Roger is one of the most sought-after in the world and has been inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame. He has inspired organizations to conquer challenges, accelerate performance, and transform results.

Katrina Hanenberg
Katrina Hanenberg has been in the tennis industry for many years. Her tennis career started at the age of 10 in parks and recreation programs, inspiring her to play varsity tennis for Minot High School and finally, Division II tennis for the University of North Dakota.Loving the game led to coaching tennis at the age of 16, and is still going strong 25 years later, teaching her own kids and serving as a coach developer for USTA Northern.
Her career has taken several turns, the first being an event manager for three years at Ralph Englestad Arena, planning University of North Dakota athletic events, concerts and special events. But, herlove for tennis, led her to work for 15 years as a Facility Specialist, managing a tennis/pickleball facility at Bismarck Parks and Recreation (BPRD). During her time with BPRD, she oversaw successful tennis programs and grew the sport by focusing on targeted marketing, community outreach, events and after school programs.
She also is a business owner/entrepreneur and is currently employed as a Marketing Specialist with the State of North Dakota.
Her passion, tennis, led her to currently serve as the President of the North Dakota Tennis Association, working to grow tennis in small communities and schools statewide. She also is grateful to presently serve on the USTA Northern board and several committees. And, she loves playing USTA league in Bismarck!
Hayley Horning Shibley
Hayley has been teaching and coaching tennis in all different areas and aspects of tennis for 25 years!! She was the first Tennis Service Representative for USTA Northern from 2005-2013 located in Fargo where she covered tennis anywhere and everywhere across ND and MN. She is now back and located in the Eagan office as the School Tennis Specialist for USTA Northern.
Hayley used to be an elementary school teacher before becoming a certified tennis pro. Hayley is PTR certified and has coached ages 5 through 85 including coaching middle school and high school boys and girls tennis teams. She has run her own summer tennis camps through Community Education and has taught tennis lessons through Park and Rec and has coached her own Kids Tennis Clubs after school. Hayley enjoys putting on workshops for physical education teachers to show them the school tennis curriculum and promote tennis in schools for all ages and skill levels.
Kali Krisik
Kali Krisik currently serves as Director, Section Development at the USTA office in Orlando, FL. In this role, she acts as a liaison between Sections and National, providing support and resources in order to serve the USTA’s mission of “Growing tennis to inspire healthier people and communities everywhere.” Originally from Kansas, Kali began playing competitive tennis at a young age and was part of the USTA Ralph W. Wescott Family of the Year. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame as an ITA All-American, ITA All-Star Team member, two-time NCAA Semifinalist, and the #2 ranked doubles team in the country. She was a PTR certified and collegiate tennis coach that transitioned to the business side of sports after receiving a Master of Business Administration and Master of Sports Administration dual-degree from Ohio University, the #1 Postgraduate Sports Business Program in the World. Prior to the USTA, Kali worked in corporate partnerships for various collegiate and professional sports teams including the University of Notre Dame, United States Air Force Academy, and Portland Trail Blazers.
