The Toys for Tots Dance and Blanket Drive is an annual event hosted by H. Malvern Marks Chapter. All active DeMolay’s and Rainbows are allowed to attend (this includes Advisors and parents for both organizations). This year we are having a joint event with whenwelove.org to help those with blankets during this time of year. The doors open at 6:30 pm and the event begins at 7:00 pm CT.
NOTE: ALL DEMOLAY CHAPTERS AND ASSEMBLIES MUST HAVE APPROPRIATE ADULT REPRESENTATION AT THE EVENT. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is being done to protect both organizations as part of the Youth Protection program. Attire is Hawaiian appropriate attire for men and DeMolay and Sundresses for Rainbow and woman.
The Holiday Inn Express is a hotel attendees can stay if coming from longer distances if you so choose. They must follow DeMolay/Rainbow rules and guidelines for housing.
The entry fee per person is an unwrapped unused toy or unused blanket.
Larger chapters and assemblies are encouraged to bring a case of water and/or a couple gallons of tea and tray of cookies, fruit, meat, or veggie tray or desserts of their choice to defray the costs of refreshments for the event. Look for an invite soon from Signup Genius with more details. If anyone wants to donate to event, please contact me for more details.
