About this Event
Thank you for your interest in volunteering!!! As a 100% volunteer-run effort, we rely on the kindness and dedication of individuals like you and welcome your assistance with preparing our boutique for our upcoming season! Your generosity has allowed our organization to continue to provide over 20 years of FREE prom, winter formal, homecoming, and graduation dresses to hundreds High School teens.
This volunteer opportunity is open to ANYONE 13 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We will be focusing on re-organizing dress racks, cleaning, sorting inventory, or assisting with our semi-annual dress sale.
- If volunteering for November 11th, we will be focusing on sorting and organizing dresses.
- If volunteering for December 14th or 15th, this will be our Semi-Annual Dress Sale.
FIRST - All Volunteers must register!
Once you register, you will receive an email that will contain your ticket. The email will also contain the link to complete the waiver in case you have not had a chance to complete one through the link below.
SECOND - ALL volunteers MUST COMPLETE a waiver. Volunteers UNDER 18 years old, must have a parent or guardian complete the waiver for them.
NOTE: If you have volunteered with us prior and have already completed the waiver this year, you do NOT have to repeat the waiver process.
The waiver can be accessed and completed using the following link. To access the waiver in Spanish, open the link and click the 'English' button to change it to ‘Spanish’:

What to expect:
• You will be on your feet and moving the entire time, so wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Temperatures may vary so plan accordingly. You will be carrying dresses, sorting, cleaning, and moving boxes.
• Parking is free! Although we would greatly appreciate it if you would park along the adjacent streets. We share half of the parking lot with a pizza restaurant so parking for PPSV is limited to half of the lot.
• Please limit your belongings to items you can carry with you since we do not have a secure place for personal belongings.
• To prevent any damage to the dresses, we do not allow food or drinks (except water) in the dress area.
• For faster check in, please ensure that you have completed the waiver and have your ticket downloaded to your phone. No problem if you do not have either. We can also check you in manually by name.
• Please be considerate of any jewelry you wear, so that it will not catch or snag the dresses.
If you are a company philanthropy lead, with a work group that would like to volunteer during the work week please email Gabby Munoz at: [email protected]
