In a safe and friendly atmosphere, your children’s day includes: team building, physical fitness, self-defense, critical thinking, deliberate practice, skill development, drills and games designed to enhance competitors abilities on and off the mat. The camp will be centered heavily around deliberate practice, the acquisition of expertise, building technical skills and understanding the processes of learning, training and education. They will train all day and sleep all night. This is very different from our classroom environment. This is a camp. A purposeful camp. Your child will leave this camp with a high level of understanding, better conditioning, a better mental resolve and a higher mat IQ! That is a guarantee!
Please provide your child with lunch and snacks for the day.
Dr. Rhadi Ferguson is a certified coach, certified strength and conditioning specialist and has a verified background check through the United States Judo Association.

THIS IS A VERY CHALLENGING CAMP. IF YOUR CHILD IS A WHINY BRAT, SEND THEM ELSEWHERE. EACH SESSION IS A SOLID WEEK OF CHALLENGING WORK. THOSE THAT DO IT ACCELERATE VERY QUICKLY AND JUMP AHEAD.
