The Summer Point in Time (PIT) Count is scheduled for the night of Wednesday, July 10, 2024. The Point-in-Time (PIT) Count is a collaborative effort led by Missouri Valley Coalition for Homeless People to conduct a regional census of people experiencing homelessness. The PIT Count is a short survey to collect basic demographics and data on persons who are unsheltered on a single night and is very important to help our community secure grant funding and resources to assist individuals experiencing homelessness.
Volunteers are needed to assist with the count of unsheltered individuals.
Please sign up for a shift that works best for you and additional information will be sent to volunteers with details.
You may sign up for more than one shift.
Volunteers will meet at Ministry on the Margins (201 N 24th St) in Bismarck 30 minutes prior to the start of their shift.
Volunteers will be divided into teams and assigned particular areas of the community to conduct the count of unsheltered individuals.
