We will open the conference with a keynote presentation from Dr. Nabarun Dasgupta. Dr. Dasgupta is a Senior Scientist at the UNC Injury Prevention Research Center and co-founder of Project Lazarus and Remedy Alliance For The People. He will be sharing information on drug trends in NC, naloxone, drug treatment, and prevention.
