ALC membership is a unique opportunity to have a choice in driving the success and profitability of your Market Center. The ALC Clinic is a 2-day event that begins by teaching your Market Center leadership how to build a HIGHLY effective and powerful ALC. It continues on day 2 with leadership and ALC members working together to create a plan to grow the ALC’s business and wealth, while creating a Market Center you will never want to leave!
This year our ALC Clinic is being led by Mo Anderson! Mo Anderson, the youngest of five born to tenant farmers in rural Oklahoma, was the first in her family to earn a college degree. After teaching music in public schools, she transitioned into real estate, where her first franchise became the third-highest producer in North America. She served on the Oklahoma RE Commission, including two terms as chairman, and played a pivotal role in convincing Keller William's co-founder Gary Keller to expand the franchise beyond Texas. In 1995, Anderson became the first CEO and co-owner of Keller Williams Realty International, helping it become the world’s largest real estate franchise in size, units, and volume. Currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Board, she has been named one of America’s top 25 Influential Thought Leaders and one of Real Estate's Most Influential People. A member of both the Oklahoma Hall of Fame and Oklahoma Women’s Hall of Fame, she authored A Joy-filled Life. Her philanthropic work is considered her greatest legacy, impacting communities, charities, and ministries worldwide.
D ay 1: Leadership Only - OP/GM, TL/ATL, MCA/AMCA, MCTT are required to attend both days. All other Leadership welcome to attend both days.
