Join us for a rewarding weekend of specialized karate training conducted by Kyoshi Gavin Samin & Sensei Jason Knight!The weekend will cover many principles, including practical knowledge of kihon concepts, kata combat strategies, self-defence applications, and more. This will include concentrated focus on both kata performance and kumite coaching.
This session is open to all GKR Karate Instructors and students 3rd kyu+ (min 16 years).

● Training 2.00pm - 5.00pm
Sunday 16th June
● Training 9.00am - 1.00pm
● Lunch after training at the dojo
