Virginia SNAP is pleased to invite you to the 2024 SNAP Users' Group Meeting. Lunch will be provided and complimentary parking is available.
PFM Asset Management ("PFMAM") in its capacity as program administrator and investment manager for the State Non-Arbitrage Program (“SNAP”) provides a day-long educational session designed for both treasury and finance professionals who are users of SNAP. Annually, we bring together subject level experts across our firm along with assistance from SNAP’s official rebate calculation agent, Bingham Arbitrage Services Inc. to provide training about current market trends and topics pertinent to investment of bond proceeds. Emphasis will be placed on the investment, tracking and operational logistics surrounding adherence to IRS Code 148 and related Treasury regulations involving arbitrage rebate and yield restriction.
PFM Asset Management, the Investment Adviser of the Program, seeks to comply with federal, state, and local regulations concerning the entertainment of public officials and employees. Therefore, To the extent your representatives are required by the regulations or the policy of your department, agency, or authority to personally reimburse PFMAM for any expenses relating to attending this event, we will be happy to assist with direct payment arrangements.
