EVENT SCHEDULE:
11:00 AM - 5:00 PM - EARLY ENTRY for Chalet Tix & Sponsor Tix & Early Bird Indiv Tix.
11:00 AM - Live entertainment on (3) stages begin.
12:00 PM - 5:00 PM - GENERAL ADMISSION ENTRY- General Admission Tickets & Non-Sponsor Table. Entry thru Main Gate.
11:00 - 4:00 PM - Beer & Bourbon Tastings & Drink Tix Sales
11:00 - 4:30 PM - Sales of Beer/Wine, Old Fashions, Canned Cocktails.
5:00 PM - Music ends. Event over.
LOCATION: Manor House & Barns Fest Site at Windsor Castle Park in downtown Smithfield VA.
Proceeds benefit local non-profits & charitable organizations.
Three stages with live entertainment.
Two types of Tickets: Bourbon or Non-Bourbon. Both types get VA brew tastings, bacon, trip thru Bacon Condiment Bar, tasting glass and stadium cup.
Bourbon tix also get wristband with tabs for (10) Bourbon tastings.
FOR PURCHASE: Brews, Wines, Old Fashion, Q-Daddys Food Vendor, Water & Soda plus awesome retail vendors & cigars. The ONLY Bourbon that is for sale is an Old Fashion.
**NEW for 2024 - also available for purchase: Canned Cocktails, NA Beer & Liquid Death.
TIX SALES DATES:
Historically this event sells out weeks in advance and no tickets are available at the gate. Bourbon Tickets are limited and usually sell out before Non-Bourbon Tix. Real Tickets are mailed to you, so check address on your confirmation email. See Rules/Refund policies on website before purchasing tickets.
JULY 1, 2024 (9AM) - Early Bird Tickets go on sale.
