The Phoenix Women’s Commission and the YWCA Metropolitan Phoenix are proud to organize the She Matters Equity Forum, an event designed to address issues of equity and promote wellness and empowerment for women in the workforce. The event will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions from industry experts, interactive workshops and networking opportunities. Attendees will gain insight into the current state of pay equity and learn practical strategies for promoting wellness. This event is open to all members of the public, including all genders. The Phoenix Women's Commission invites organizations focused on women's empowerment and development to participate in the She Matters Equity Forum Vendor and Resource Fair.
Details:
- Vendors should promote wellness, women's empowerment, professional/personal development, leadership, community building, etc.
- NOTE: Vendors must bring a $25 check issued to the City of Phoenix to reserve table space at the event. Early registration is encouraged as vendor tables sold out in 2023.
- Each organization will be granted 1 a foot table for displays and giveaways.
- Please Note: Per the City of Phoenix guidelines, Vendors are prohibited from selling products/services or raffle items. Vendors can provide giveaways, brochures, etc.
- Vendors are welcome to start setting up at 7:30 am.
- Register on this site and additional details will be sent.
- The event is limited to 20 vendors.
Location:
- The Vendor Fair will take place outside the South Mountain Community College Performing Arts Center.
- The Performing Arts Center (PAC) is located at 7050 S. 24th Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85042. The PAC is located just across from the South Mountain Community Library, near the third entrance to the campus off 24th Street, as noted on the campus map.
- Adjacent parking lots for the performance hall are convenient and free.

The Phoenix Women's Commission provides advocacy, leadership and support on issues facing women of all ages to enhance their quality of life. The commission promotes the participation of women in civic and public affairs and advises the mayor and City Council on women's issues.
