About this Event
This Boston Blockchain Association event will feature a 30 minute fireside chat with Annelise Osborne, author of “From Hoodies to Suits”, moderated by James Knox, MD Aon. Annelise will discuss institutional adoption of Blockchain/Protocol technology, what challenges they face and what to expect in the future. Following that, there will be a panel discussion by personnel representing various blockchain/protocols. The discussion will involve various use cases of blockchain/protocol technology and how institutions can benefit from use of this technology. Participating Blockchain/Protocols will be Hedera, AvaLabs and Algorand. Mas Nakachi of XBTO will moderate the panel.
Following this, there will be a breakout session amongst the audience. The object of the breakout session is for audience members to discuss what they have learned from the Blockchain/Protocol speakers and discuss institutional adoption and use cases each table is seeing in the market.
Pre-registration and photo ID required for entry. Must be over 18 to attend.
Following the discussions, the BBA will host a networking session with drinks and appetizers.
This event will be open to solely members of institutions in the Boston and New England area on a first come-first served basis.
