About this Event
The Richmond Arts Awards recognize the achievements and contributions to the arts community by local residents, artists, business leaders, educators and change-makers. This year’s recipients reflect the vibrancy of Richmond’s arts and culture community, as well as the city’s rising stars and next generation of creative talent.
Hosted by Mayor Malcolm Brodie, this year’s ceremony features a keynote speech by Sirish Rao as well as performances by opera singer Cristina Zhang and musicians Conor Stuart and Risa Tonita.
The Richmond Arts Awards are presented through a partnership between the City of Richmond and Richmond Arts Coalition, and are sponsored by the Richmond News.
