San Francisco's resilient recovery community is stepping up to address the city's drug crisis and overdose epidemic. With over 3,000 lives lost to overdose in recent years, there's a renewed commitment to prioritize recovery.
Join us at the 2024 Recovery Summit, proudly hosted by the San Francisco Recovery Coalition and generously sponsored by The Pacific Alliance for Drug Prevention and Recovery, as we emerge stronger than ever. This year's theme, "Recovery First," sets the tone for an event filled with positivity, action, and hope.
Starting at the steps of City Hall, recovery advocates are raising their voice, urging for unity and change in how San francisco is tackling the drug crisis.
Renowned keynote speakers, such as former White House policy advisor Kevin Sabet, Ph.D., and former death row intmate Bennie Lee, will share their insights on the transformative power of recovery. Next, recovery advocates will lead an engaging discussion on open air-drug markets and the fentynl crisis.
The Summit will conclude by celebrating the achievements of individuals committed to recovery and Inspiring Change! in their community.
