About this Event
Since 2018, the Institute for High Quality Care (IHQC), in partnership with the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County (CCALAC), has hosted an annual Quality Improvement (QI) Summit, a learning event and conference uniquely dedicated to QI staff, providers, and leaders in the safety net.
Now in our 7th year, we are excited to announce the 2024 QI Summit taking place on September 9th in Burbank, CA! The Summit focuses on QI’s vital role in reengaging and optimizing care delivery in the safety net. It offers timely and practical discussions that support staff as they focus their efforts on large-scale initiatives addressing population health, care/case management, and equitable access, while continuously applying QI strategies to achieve efficiencies in clinical operations, improve health outcomes, and reduce health disparities.
This year’s event includes presentations from subject matter experts and safety net colleagues, the return of the poster gallery featuring projects submitted by clinic staff, and networking opportunities designed to foster connections and sharing of best practices.
