Description
Calm your body and mind with yoga instructor, Parul. Over 7 sessions, members will learn simple stretches that improve their flexibility and focus on breathing exercises that aid in reducing anxiety and regulating emotions.
IMPORTANT
Members can only be accompanied by 1 caregiver except for members who require 2 caregivers’ assistance.

Parul Chaturvedi started Blissyoga Wellbeing, she is a Certified Kids Yoga Teacher & Teacher trainer with specialized training in working with children with diverse needs. Over the past eight years, she has taught yoga and mindfulness to children in Singapore, spanning various studios and educational institutions. Her passion lies in nurturing the well-being of children through the practice of yoga and mindfulness.
