2024 Princeton Green House Tour: The O.G. (Original Green House)

Join us for an exciting in-person event, the 2024 Princeton Green House Tour. Please note, tickets are required to go inside the homes. Exact location to be provided via email to ticket-holders a day before the event. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR ONLY ONE HOUSE IN ANY GIVEN TIME SLOT.

This house, designed to allow the owner to age in place, has a solar array, a tight

building envelope and solar shading elements, among other features. Rainwater

management includes a rain garden, porous driveway and a porch canopy that could

hold a green roof. While not actually certified, it was designed to LEED Platinum

standards! And it is the inspiration for the green house tour. Back during construction,

the architect and builder offered tours to show the community ways build sustainably!

Please note: these tours take place in residential properties. None of the homes are ADA-accessible. Attendees should be physically able to climb at least one flight of stairs.
