2024 North Country Leadership Summit

We are excited for the 2024 North Country Leadership Summit, a collaboration between Adirondack Health Institute (AHI) and the North Country Telehealth Partnership, a joint effort between AHI and Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization (FDRHPO).

Call for Presenters

The 2024 Call for Presenters application period is now open! We are seeking presentation proposals in the following topic areas:

• Enhancing Digital Inclusion Through the Improvement of Broadband and Digital Literacy to Achieve Health Equity
• Rural Workforce Development Strategies to Address Staffing Shortages
• Innovative Telehealth Solutions to Address Workforce Challenges
• Novel Funding Strategies to Support Healthcare Systems
• Identifying Health Policy and Infrastructure Implications to Ensure Long-Term Telehealth Sustainability
• Community Partnerships to Address SDOH Needs in Rural Communities
• Telehealth as a Model to Improve Access to Mental and Behavioral Health Services
• Incorporating Telehealth Technology into Community Paramedicine and Emergency Medicine Services (EMS)
• The Role of Telehealth in Value-Based Care to Reduce Costs, Improve Quality, and Patient Experience
• Understanding Rural Health Disparities (as it relates to challenges surrounding disabilities and aging populations in the North Country)

Rural Health Champions:The Adirondack Rural Health Network is looking for nominations for the 2024 Rural Health Champions.

Awardees are individuals who have showed exemplary selflessness and leadership in their work and must be an individual delivering outstanding care in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Warren, or Washington counties.

Telehealth Innovator Awards: The North Country Telehealth Partnership is looking for nominations for the 2024 Telehealth Innovators Awards.

Awardees are individuals who have created an innovative program or application of telehealth, which has led to improved health outcomes in the community, and/or improved quality of life. Awardees will be considered from Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lewis, Warren, Washington, Saratoga, or St. Lawrence counties.

Ticket price structure

Register by 9/20/2024:

• 1 day ticket (either 10/9 OR 10/10): $55
• 2 day ticket (10/9-10/10): $90

Registration will close after September 20, 2024. Following this date, if you are interested in registering for the Summit, a waitlist option will be available via Eventbrite. If capacity allows for additional registration, individuals from the waitlist will receive an email with a link to purchase a ticket.

Registration and Ticket Pricing Information

Tickets include access to the conference agenda as permitted by your ticket type(to be released prior to the event) that will include keynote addresses, plenary sessions, breakout sessions, exhibitor hall, and networking breaks. Breakfast, lunch, and break snacks are included in the cost of registration. If you have any dietary restrictions, please email by October 7th.

Day-of registration may be available, pending final headcount and venue capacity. If we are able to accept walk in registrations, space will be limited and registration must be completed upon arrival via credit card.

Group ticket sales

If you are looking to register 10 or more individuals from your organization, an invoice can be provided for payment. Email [email protected] by September 20th to inquire about group registration.

Cancellation/ Substitution Policy

If you register for the 2024 North Country Leadership Summit but cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person or cancel your ticket.

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and sent to [email protected] no later than September 20th.

Refund Policy

Any cancellations after October 8th cannot be refunded.

Consent to Use Photographic Images

By registering and attending the 2024 North Country Leadership Summit, you grant Adirondack Health Institute (AHI) and Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization (FDRHPO), and those acting with AHI’s permission, to include and identify you in any publication, photograph and audio or visual recordings of any kind and in whatever medium it may use for educational, publicity, and/or fundraising purposes. You also give permission to use your name, story, and any direct quotes for education, publicity and/or fundraising purposes in any medium. By registering and attending the 2024 North Country Leadership Summit, you understand and agree that AHI retains all rights to the photographs, moving images, sound recordings, and other media, and that you will not be compensated for any AHI use of same. You waive any right you may have to inspect or approve media that contains your name, image, sound recordings, story, and/or biographical data. Exceptions to this consent must be made in writing to: [email protected] by October 8th.
