Event DetailsJoin us for a rewarding weekend of specialized karate training conducted by Kyoshi Gavin Samin & Renshi Antonie de Bruin!
The weekend will cover an extensive range of principles including practical knowledge of kihon concepts, kata combat strategies, self-defence applications and much more. This will include concentrated focus on both kata performance and kumite coaching.
This session is open to all GKR Karate Instructors and students 3rd kyu+ (min 16 years).

▪️ Check in at Distinction Hamilton Hotel & Conference Centre from 4pm
Saturday 1st June
▪️ Training 10.00am - 1.00pm
▪️ Training 2.30pm - 5.30pm
Sunday 2nd June
▪️ Training 9.30am - 1.30pm
▪️ Final lunch 2.30pm then depart camp
