About this Event
KidSport New West is one of several community chapters of KidSport, a national charity whose mission is to remove the financial barriers that prevent families from being able to cover the costs of registration fees.
We are a volunteer organization operating in New Westminster since 2014. All money raised in New Westminster stays in New Westminster. In 2023, we funded 120 kids with about $41,000 worth of grants, our highest amount yet.
The KidSport New West Fall Classic is a major fundraiser and a hockey game between New West Fire and New West Police. All the players are volunteering their time, at what will be an incredible event. We hope to see this event return year after year. Join us at Queen’s Park Arena on September 21, 2024, with doors and activities at 4 pm and puck drop at 6 pm. Wanting to keep this event affordable for all, we’ve priced the tickets at $10 each.
