Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the National Reparations Summit to be held by the American Descendants of Slavery (ADOS) Advocacy Foundation between October 3 and October 5 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana.
To ensure the full acceptance of your application, please read the terms and conditions for your vendor application before your application and vendor booth payment. You will need to sign and complete the terms and conditions within thirty (30) days of receiving your DocuSign forms to secure your vendor booth which will be sent to vendors for completion no later than the week of August 7 (Please add [email protected]to your contact list to prevent it from going into your spam folder). To secure additional amenities, please refer to the “Additional Amenities Disclaimer” regarding deadlines for receipt for such requested items. Also, to ensure that designated (two) attendees receive passes for the conference, please enter this information into the online form. The deadline for the applications is July 26.

Application Fee: $35.00
Standard Vendor Booth: $1000.00
Premium Vendor Booth: $1200.00
To be approved as a vendor, your business must have a seller's account or resale certificate. To obtain a seller's account or verify your seller's account, go to https://www.revenue.louisiana.gov/SalesTax/ResaleCertificate.
Booth payment will be sought upon the approval of your application. Welcome packets will be sent the week of September 6th upon confirmation. Your welcome packet will include the tentative booth layout, loading time, conference passes, and all the information that you will need.
