Back for the fourth year, the Poetry Month National Gala celebrates the joy and depth of Australian poetry today as part of . Join many of Australia’s finest poets, singers and writers in a joyful celebration of the written and spoken word.

Hosted by Chika Ikogwe featuring Julia Baird, Ali Cobby Eckermann, Lorna Munro, Felicity Plunkett, Hasib Hourani, Rob Waters, Dan Hogan, Pascalle Burton, live music from Paul Kelly, with special UK guests Simon Armitage (Poet Laureate) and Princess Arinola Adegbite.

Doors open 5.30 PM
This event will be AUSLAN interpreted and livestreamed
