ROOM BLOCK - $90 per night for Friday and/or Saturday night. Must reserve prior to October 5th. You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival so make reservations now. The regular room price is almost double this rate. Use the GROUP CODE: 2024CHAMPS at the hotel website or by calling 940-325-4605.REGISTRATION DEADLINE is November 30. Payment due by 8:30AM December 7th. Entry fee is $60 per team. Register your team at any time by adding a comment below.
SHUFFLE is at 9am. Teams with 1st round byes will be notified by December 3rd and may show up at 10am if desired.
SEEDING will be by combined pro point total. If there is a tie, the player with the highest point total will be the higher seed. High domino will break further ties.
FORMAT will be double elimination. Winner's bracket will be 2/3 matches. The loser's bracket will be single game with the exception of the first two rounds, although there will be byes in these rounds. This is the same format we've used for the past few years.

1st - $1600 plus trophy
2nd - $800
3rd - $400
4th - $200
5th - $100
6th - $50
BEST OF THE REST tournament will start around 3pm. Entry fee is $20 per team. Subsidized payouts of 1st - $300 and 2nd - $100. This will be a round robin timed to end around the final table. Trophy for 1st.
FRIDAY NIGHT - We have the room reserved for Friday as well and will at the least be playing fun games. There may also be a tournament that evening but points will not be awarded.
