About this Event
The evening will consist of a mock arbitration brought by a former employee against their employer. The lawsuit alleges unlawful employment actions under both federal and state laws. During the arbitration, lawyers will question witnesses about the facts and make arguments to the arbitration panel, which is the audience. At the conclusion of the arbitration, the panel/audience will decide a winner. All the parts will be played by attorneys and staff at Hershner Hunter. Registration closes 8/16/24.
Heavy apps and beverages will be served.
SHRM and HRCI CE credits applied for.
