Airman Leadership Academy offers an advanced interactive training approach to cadet Airmen looking to prepare for their first encampment and improve their leadership by instilling fundamental tools such as followership, drill proficiency, elementary leadership, and more. The cadets will begin to enhance their foundational building blocks to prepare them for future training and duties in the Civil Air Patrol. Above all, we are helping them to be more effective and productive at home units and giving them the skills and confidence to have a successful first encampment.
