Join us for the 2024 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course at Crim Fitness Foundation. This in-person course is not just about reducing stress, but about transforming your life. Starting with orientation on Tuesday, October 1, this course offers a unique opportunity to learn practical techniques and develop a deeper understanding of mindfulness.
This eight-week series is based on research and practices from the acclaimed Stress Reduction Program, founded in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Throughout the course, you'll explore various mindfulness practices, including meditation, gentle yoga, and body awareness exercises. These practices will help you develop resilience, enhance self-awareness, and promote a sense of calm.
