Grace’s Fall Bazaar is open to Crafters, Artisans and other Small and Unique Businesses. We will limit direct sales companies such as Scentsy, and Pampered Chef to 1 vendor per company.
Your $30 vendor fee includes (1) 8 foot table per booth and 2 chairs. If you are in need of extra tables please feel free to bring them. The booth space is approximately 8ft x 10ft. You can reserve multiple booths. We ask that your first priority is to be respectful to your neighboring vendors. If you have a unique or oddspace booth please contact us via email or phone. We can make sure you are in an area which best displays your items and does not impede your neighbors. We love to be flexible, however, as the show has grown, we are unable to accommodate any requests for extra tables.
Cancellation Policy: The Made with Grace Bazaar is a fundraiser for local Missions supported by Grace United Methodist Church. The goal is to raise much needed funds for these organizations. Our policy on cancellations is No refunds. We understand for many of you this is a livelihood and $30 when you are unable to recoup that in sales is a hardship. So, as we have in the past, unexpected situations which may arise such as, death in the family, illness, or weather will be discussed and a refund possibly provided. In the past, we have never had a vendor expect to receive a refund upon cancellation but we want to prevent any future confusion which could arise.
If registering with eventbrite total per booth is $35, with $5 going to eventbrite for cost administering registration.
