IT'S TIME TO PARADE!
Fredericksburg’s beloved Light The Night Christmas Parade, hosted by the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, is back in 2024! This beautifully illuminated night parade will roll down the city’s historic Main Street, between the intersections of Washington and Bowie streets, on Friday, December 6 at 6:30 p.m.
WE'RE ON TV!
Our media partner, CBS Austin, will live televise the first 30 minutes of the parade, featuring narrated coverage by the station’s anchors. The event, in its entirety, will be simulcast on the station’s website.
ENJOY RESERVED SEATING!
As always, first come-first served seating along the parade route is FREE. Attendees seeking an enhanced experience may purchase reserved bleacher seating at a cost of $30 per seat. The bleachers will be located in front on Pioneer Memorial Library, facing the beautifully illuminated Marktplatz.
Following the parade, there will be food for sale and free photos with Santa and Ms. Claus at Marktplatz.
TICKET DISCLAIMER
All sales are FINAL. Reserved bleacher tickets are non-refundable. In the event of a weather-related parade cancellation, bleacher tickets will be honored the parade’s alternate date of Friday, December 13, 2024. While we do not expect a COVID-19 related cancellation, we reserve the right to cancel for reasons of public health without refund or future reuse of tickets.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID- 19, or any variant strain of COIVD-19, exists in any public place where people are present, whether that is at a grocery store, church, camp or event. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Guests should attend only after evaluating their own health risk. Your attendance at the Light The Night Christmas Parade & AfterGlow constitutes your understanding of these risks, and you voluntarily assume such risks related to exposure to COVID-19. The Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce cannot be held liable if you contract COVID-19. Help protect yourself by following safety protocols, and state and local public health recommendations and mandates.
If you, or a member of your travel party, has fever exceeding 100 degrees or other commonly-known symptoms, please stay home. Attendees with vaccinated and unvaccinated parties should consider the most recent CDC guidance to limit both the transmission and exposure to COVID-19 and its variants.
