Join us in raising our ‘LEILA-Tini’ to toast and celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of local Latina Entrepreneurs & Latina Executives. This year's event transcends being merely an evening of recognition – it serves as a platform to spotlight the significant contributions made by Latina business owners in the Inland Empire, casting a luminous focus on their impact.
The Latinas nominated are entrepreneurs that have demonstrated leadership and service to their community. We are thrilled to recognize these brilliant women in three categories: LATINA EXECUTIVE OF THE YEAR AWARD, LATINA OWNED EMERGING BUSINESS OF THE YEAR AWARD, and LATINA OWNED BUSINESS.

The safety of our sponsors, partners, staff, affiliate members, volunteers, and event attendees is a top priority for NLBWA-IE.
To provide a respectful and mindful environment, as well as to keep our event safe and compliant with the San Bernardino County most current CDC regulations, we ask that all attendees follow the following guidelines at this event:
Mask Policy
People may choose to mask at any time. People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a high-quality mask or respirator indoors. Masks will be available on-site at the registration table. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated are required to wear a mask.
Cleanliness guidelines
Hand sanitizer will be available. Wash hands often with soap for at least 20 seconds and/or use hand sanitizer before and after touching shared items and before meals.
Illness symptoms
We strongly recommend staying at home for individuals displaying symptoms the day of the event. Please read CDC Guidelines about symptoms.
We reserve the right to update these guidelines at any time as health and safety protocols evolve.
