Join the American Heart Association for the annual Kern County Heart and Stroke Walk. Register today and help make a difference!Families, friends, and coworkers come together to fight heart disease and stroke – the No. 1 and No. 5 killers in the United States – and raise funds for the American Heart Association’s lifesaving work. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated means more research, more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more medical breakthroughs and more champions for equitable health.
Participate in the 5K route or the shorter survivor loop and feel the rush as you’re cheered across the finish line. Heart and stroke survivors will be celebrated with a dedicated survivor lane as well as special caps and capes. You can also walk in memory of a loved one, commemorating them at the Tribute Wall.
If you’re interested in getting involved as a volunteer or sponsor, reach out to Chelsea Ashcraft, Development Director for the American Heart Association in Kern County, at [email protected].
